ABA Learning Solutions is now taking information to be able to form and offer 2 hour evening Parent
Education Seminars
located at the Northeast Portland office site.  We are hoping to start offering this service in
the summer.  The format will be a small gathering of parents with related needs for their child/family.  The group will be
facilitated by a BCBA (Kristina Montgomery) and at least one of the behavioral therapists on the ABA Learning
Solutions team.  Based on the needs of the parents/caregivers the group can cover things like literature,
references/resources, question and answers, and modeling/practice of ABA teaching tactics.

These seminars will be a low cost service (approximately $30 for one parent/caregiver and $40 for 2 parents/caregivers
of same child) for parents/caregivers not on the ABA Learning Solutions case-load.

If you are interested
in registration please contact ABA Learning Solutions with the following information:

      1)
 Your name and contact information
      2)  What times are convenient for you to meet?
      3)  What age is your child?
      4)  What is your child's diagnosis?
      5)  What would you like to gain from a parent education seminar? (i.e. Ask questions to a BCBA?, Understanding
ABA?  Child Development?  Early warning signs? How to work with my child? Goals to focus on? Toilet
training? Eating issues?  Family issues? Sibling and/or social peer issues?  School/IEP issues?  Connecting with
other parents? Access to reading materials/resources? Disability awareness? etc.)

Once we have more information from interested parents/caregivers, we can form a schedule and seminars based on
grouping parents/caregivers with related needs together.
