“With quality procedures and a positive environment, all children have the potential and capability to learn”
Based on availability, openings may be available for home consultation with the BCBA and/or on site consultation with
the BCBA.
Behavioral therapists typically run at home sessions exclusively.
Most social groups take place on site and are considered on site services.
Sibling or social sessions are run at your home.

Steps to Getting a Program Started

1)  Contact ABA Learning Solutions  To get a program started, contact the behavior analyst.  You can discuss more
specifics about your child and the program you want as well as availability of behavioral therapists and the consultant for
on site or at home consultation.

2)  Fill out Intake  After initial contact with the behavior analyst you will fill out an intake form to give the behavior
analyst background information about your child and anything you want to specifically target in your home program.
Parent references are available during the intake process.

3)  Set up Intake/Observation Appointment  An intake appointment and observation will be set up in your home
where the behavior analyst can observe and initially assess your child in their natural environment.  This will give you an
opportunity to meet the behavior analyst in person, receive additional information provided by the behavior analyst at
the onset of services, and for the behavior analyst to begin an individualized assessment to implement an individualized
ABA program.

4) Program is Implemented  After the intake appointment, the behavior analyst will write a program and services can
be implemented.  Services generally can be implemented quickly (within one week) following the intake appointment.

Steps to Joining a Social Group

1)  Contact ABA Learning Solutions  Groups are based and formed on availability and skill levels.  To place your
child appropriately we need to know your availability and background on your child's skills.  We can not guarantee
placement.  You will be asked to complete a short informational assessment about your child with the BCBA.
 This may
be a phone interview or an in-person observation/intake.

2)  If space is available for your child in a social group there will be a one month (typically 4 sessions) trial period to
make sure the group is a fit and all children are benefiting from the group.
